Special grease for solenoid valve

SEIVIOVallue N221 special grease for solenoid valves is made by using special silicone oil as the base oil and adding several special thickeners. A low-friction, long-life synthetic grease specially designed for precision moving parts such as solenoid valve cores, valve sleeves, and seals. Its core functions are friction reduction, sealing, and protective parts. It is suitable for high-frequency start and stop, wide temperature range, and multi-material friction pairs (metal/rubber/plastic).

• Low friction coefficient: reduce starting torque and running resistance, reduce coil energy consumption, and respond faster;
• Good compatibility with rubber and plastic contact and will not cause shrinkage or expansion;
• Will not disperse or be thrown out, good resistance to fretting corrosion;
• Fills the micro gaps of seals to enhance air tightness; resists water, corrosion and pollution.

Designed for lubrication of EPDM, SBR, nitrile rubber (NBR) and other rubber O-rings that are sensitive to most greases, and sliding contact shaft assembly between metals. Pneumatic/hydraulic solenoid valve (SMC, ASCO, CKD, MAC, etc.) valve core - valve sleeve, seal - cylinder wall friction surface. Precision lubrication and sealing of high-frequency directional valves, proportional valves, small cylinders, and pneumatic actuators. Long-life lubrication of medium and high-speed solenoid valves (spool valves, ball valves, poppet valves, flat valves), friction pairs of valve cores and valve sleeves of solenoid valves in pneumatic devices, seals of cylinder piston and cylinder friction pairs.
