Special grease for oil and gas solenoid valves

It is refined from fully synthetic oil and added with special anti-corrosion additives. It is specially used for long-life lubrication of the friction pairs of the valve core and valve sleeve of the solenoid valve in pneumatic devices, the seals of the cylinder piston and the friction pair of the cylinder barrel. It is an efficient, long-life, safe, and excellent-performance lubricating and sealing material used in contact machinery, pipelines, and valves in the petrochemical and oil field industries.

• Extremely low volatility, ensuring the life of the valve core and high trust;
• Stable response characteristics can be maintained even when working at high speed;
• Low friction coefficient, high load-bearing capacity, compatible with all rubber and plastic parts;
• Excellent resistance to wear, scratches, burning, radiation, and corrosion;
• Resistant to water, oil and gas, most organic solvents and strong acids and alkalis.

Recommended for long-life lubrication of medium and high-speed solenoid valves (slide valves, ball valves, poppet valves, plate valves), friction pairs of valve cores and valve sleeves of solenoid valves in pneumatic devices, seals of cylinder piston and cylinder friction pairs. (Gas, natural gas-coal gas-dimethyl ether and petroleum gas and other media)
