Valve stem O-ring grease

It is a grease made from a highly chemically stable base oil and polymer materials as thickeners through a special process. Designed to lubricate and protect valve stem O-ring threads to reduce operating torque.

• Excellent resistance to high and low temperatures, with minimal changes in viscosity and consistency with temperature;
• It can effectively withstand liquid media such as medium acid and alkali and will not be dissolved;
• Low friction coefficient can reduce torque, improve valve efficiency and extend service life;
• Can automatically form a sealing layer to block the intrusion of water and dust pollutants;
• It has good compatibility with rubber contact and will not cause the O-ring to shrink or expand.

Used for lubrication and protection of valve stem threads. By-products related to kerosene, weak acid and weak alkali in weak acid and alkali environments such as: ball valves, gate valves, plug valves, valve stem thread seals, anti-jam protection, etc. It is especially suitable for rubber O-rings that are sensitive to most greases, such as EPDM, styrene butadiene rubber (SBR), natural rubber (NR), and nitrile rubber (NBR).
