Valve stem grease

It is a grease made from a highly chemically stable base oil and polymer materials as thickeners through a special process. Designed to lubricate and protect valve stem threads to reduce operating torque.

• Excellent resistance to high and low temperatures, with minimal changes in viscosity and consistency with temperature;
• It can effectively withstand liquid media such as crude oil, gasoline, diesel, and kerosene without being dissolved;
• Low friction coefficient can reduce torque, improve valve efficiency and extend service life;
• Can automatically form a sealing layer to block the intrusion of water and dust pollutants;
• Excellent adhesion and insulation, good compatibility with most plastics and elastomers.

Used for the lubrication and protection of valve stems and valve shaft sleeves, as well as stem threads. Crude oil, gasoline, diesel, kerosene, weak acid and weak alkali related by-products such as: ball valves, butterfly valves, gate valves, plug valves, valve stem thread seals, anti-jam protection, etc.
