SEIVIOVaculub Z004 Vacuum Gearbox GreaseYesMade of high-purity linear perfluoropolyether oil, nano-level ultra-finePTFE thickens. It is refined by adding special anti-corrosion additives. It meets the extreme pressure anti-wear, noise reduction, and anti-wear requirements of gear meshing, and also meets the core low outgassing (low vapor pressure, low volatility) requirements of the vacuum system.

• The consistency changes very little with temperature, is soft, has good permeability and reflow;
• Form a stable oil film on the gear tooth surface to reduce pitting corrosion and wear under high speed and heavy load;
• Has good high temperature stability and vacuum stability;
• Resistant to strong corrosion, non-oxidizing, non-flammable; wide high and low temperature range;
• It has extremely high chemical stability and does not react with acids, alkalis and highly active substances.

It is suitable for planetary gearboxes and vacuum transmission reducers in semiconductor vacuum equipment, internal transmission gears of vacuum coating and vacuum evaporation equipment, aerospace vacuum mechanisms, space camera gear components, precision reduction gearboxes inside ultra-high vacuum chambers, and vacuum manipulator gears.
