Low-Particle-Generation High-Vacuum Grease

SEIVIO Vaculub G352 low dust-generating high vacuum grease is based on micro-filtered linear perfluoropolyether oil (PFPE) and is thickened through a special process using special polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) powder with an average particle size of <0.8 microns. During the deep processing process, impurities such as volatile and low molecular weight as well as trace metal elements and compounds that are prone to pollution reactions are removed, making it capable of operating in extreme environments such as ultra-high vacuum, clean rooms, and high radioactivity. It is specially developed for dual-sensitive scenarios of high vacuum and cleanliness. The core is to meet the low volatility requirements of the vacuum environment while generating extremely low dust, and to avoid particles and volatiles from contaminating precision workpieces.

• Microfiltered base oil thickened with micron-sized PTFE, resulting in low dynamic particle generation;
• Low volatility and low outgassing, making it difficult for oil films to contaminate workpieces under vacuum;
• Total mass loss under vacuum TML<1%, collect volatile condensate CVCM<0.1%；
• Excellent shear stability and colloid stability, no particles will separate out and no thinning will occur during long-term operation;
• The ingredients and raw materials have been deeply purified and have ultra-high molecular weight and ultra-low vapor pressure;
• Low oil separation, through slow release of base oil, continues to form an effective lubricating film.

Suitable for semiconductor vacuum manipulators, vacuum coating machines, FPD panel equipment, ion implanters, vacuum testing instruments, optical vacuum chambers, bearings, ball screws, linear guides, vacuum valve shafts, etc. inside aerospace and space simulation equipment.
