Vacuum conductive thermal grease

SEIVIO Vaculub E165 vacuum conductive thermal grease is made of extremely low vapor pressure linear perfluoropolyether oil, thickened with ultra-fine PTFE, and filled with nanoscale silver particles. It has excellent electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity, has both electrical and thermal conductivity functions, and provides excellent heat dissipation and electrical connections in high temperature environments. It is refined through vacuum degassing. It removes volatile small molecules and is suitable for high vacuum working conditions. It is an ideal solution for electronic applications under semiconductor-related high vacuum conditions.

• Silver ions fill the microscopic concave and convex gaps on the metal contact surface, reducing contact resistance;
• The saturated vapor pressure is extremely low, there are few volatiles under high temperature and vacuum, and the gas output is small;
• Reduce friction pair wear and protect metal contact surfaces from oxidation and corrosion;
• During the dynamic friction process, the contact resistance is stable at the mΩ level for a long time;
• The operating heat of friction pairs and live contacts can be quickly derived.
