High temperature ultra vacuum low outgassing grease

SEIVIO Vaculub S149 high-temperature ultra-vacuum low outgassing grease uses high-purity perfluoropolyether PFPE as the base oil and PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) as the thickener. It undergoes distillation purification, degassing, and filtration to remove low-molecular-weight volatile components and low-migration pollution. It solves the problems of ordinary greases that evaporate in large quantities under vacuum, contaminate the cavity with outgassing, and quickly fail lubrication. It also takes into account high-temperature anti-oxidation and thermal stability.

• Extremely low outgassing and volatilization, extremely low saturated vapor pressure, and little gas precipitation in a vacuum environment;
• Pre-degassing treatment and high-temperature baking (such as 125°C/24 hours) accelerate the release of volatiles;
• It has good high temperature stability and vacuum stability, and no volatile VOC organic matter;
• Low oil separation, low creep migration, good colloid stability, and less base oil precipitation;
• It is not easy to climb and spread along the metal surface, reducing the risk of particle pollution;
• It is extremely inert and does not react with acids, alkalis and highly reactive substances in process gases.

Suitable for long-term high temperature/high vacuum environment, semiconductor manufacturing equipment/electron microscopes (such as scanning electron microscope SEM, transmission electron microscope TEM), such as thin film deposition equipment, ion implanters, furnace tubes, cleaning equipment, CMP, vacuum manipulators, cavity bearings, ball screws, valves, internal moving parts of deposition/etching equipment, mass spectrometers, synchrotron radiation devices and other high vacuum cavity moving parts and sealing points.
