Low temperature high vacuum grease

SEIVIO Vaculub K156 low temperature and high vacuum grease is refined from linear perfluoropolyether oil with extremely low vapor pressure, thickened with ultra-fine PTFE, and added with special anti-corrosion additives.

• Extremely wide working temperature, good high temperature and low temperature resistance;
• The consistency changes very little with temperature, the volatility is extremely low, and the service life is long;
• It does not freeze at low temperatures and has small starting torque, ensuring operating accuracy and sensitivity;
• Excellent resistance to wear, scratches, burning, radiation, and corrosion;

• Extremely low oil separation can inhibit pollution caused by grease flying;
• It has extremely high chemical stability and does not react with acids, alkalis and highly active substances.

Suitable for aerospace grade, ultra-low temperature environments, and semiconductor manufacturing equipment/magnetic fluid devices (sliding, rolling bearings, ball screws, guide rails, sliders, rotating parts, screw mechanisms, valve stems, motors).
