VOC-free high vacuum low outgassing grease

SEIVIO Vaculub L907 VOC-free high vacuum low outgassing grease is made of high-purity linear perfluoropolyether oil thickened with nano-scale ultra-fine PTFE. It is refined by adding special anti-corrosion additives. By eliminating all low molecular weight volatile components, the gas outgassing rate is close to zero and no organic volatiles are released.

• The consistency changes little with temperature, the volatility is extremely low, and the service life is extremely long;
• Pre-degassing treatment and high-temperature baking (such as 125°C/24 hours) accelerate the release of volatiles;
• Extremely low gas release rate solves problems such as grease volatilization and particle release under vacuum and high temperatures;
• There is no VOC release at all, and no organic pollutants will be deposited in the vacuum chamber;
• Excellent resistance to wear, scratches, burning, radiation, and corrosion;
• Low friction coefficient, high load-bearing capacity, and good compatibility with most rubber and plastics;
• It has extremely high chemical stability and does not react with acids and alkalis in process gases.

Suitable for long-term high temperature/high vacuum environment, semiconductor manufacturing equipment/electron microscope (such as scanning electron microscope SEM, mass spectrometer, transmission electron microscope TEM), such as thin film deposition equipment, photolithography machine, etching machine, ion implanter, furnace tube, cleaning equipment, CMP, etc. (sliding, rolling bearings, ball screws, guide rail sliders, rotating parts, screw mechanisms, valve stems, etc.).
