This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") sets out the terms and conditions between you and PSEINU Lubrication Materials (Zhuhai) Co., Ltd. ("SEIVIO") for registering as a member of the SEIVIO website at https://www.seivio.cn ("Website"). Please read all terms carefully, including linked terms and policies. If you do not agree or have questions, stop the registration process or contact us using the details published on the Website. By accepting this Agreement, you agree to be bound by it, effective immediately.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising from or related to this Agreement should first be resolved through friendly consultation. If no resolution is reached, either party may bring the dispute before a court with jurisdiction where SEIVIO is located.

You understand and agree that, even if this Agreement ends or your account is closed, SEIVIO may retain and use your member information as permitted by the Privacy Policy and may pursue liability for violations of law or this Agreement that occurred while you used the Website. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, that provision will be severable and the remaining provisions will remain valid and enforceable. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of this Agreement.
