SF6 high voltage circuit breaker contact grease

The base oil is perfluoropolyether oil (PFPE) with a linear molecular structure, which is thickened with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and refined with special anti-corrosion additives. It meets the requirements of heat resistance and large instantaneous current resistance required for electrical contacts of high-voltage switches.

• Reduce arc discharge, stabilize contact resistance, and reduce heat generation;
• Resistant to the decomposition products of SF, does not affect SF and gas purity; contains extremely low moisture;
• Extremely low volatilization of the grease itself is beneficial to shortening the arc extinguishing time;
• Avoid contact friction and micro-shock corrosion, excellent lubrication performance, and maintain stable plug-in and pull-out force;
• Compatible with contact materials, can be applied to gold, silver, copper and other contacts;
• It ensures low contact resistance for a long time and has good adhesion to copper-tungsten alloy.
