Aviation plug connector grease

SEIVIO Swilub N276 aviation plug connector grease is based on fully synthetic base oil and thickened with special soap base. It is a special grease customized for various types of electrical connectors (aviation plugs) in the aerospace field. It mainly solves the pain points of plug plugging and unplugging, fretting corrosion, contact failure, water vapor and salt spray intrusion under aviation conditions, and ensures long-term stability and reliability of electrical connections in extreme environments.

• Isolate metal from direct friction to avoid poor contact and signal interruption;
• Isolate air, reduce oxidation of silver/copper contacts and generate high-resistance oxide film;
• Reduce the plug-in and pull-out force, which can reduce the plug insertion and separation force by up to 80%;
• It neither interferes with normal conduction nor prevents creepage short circuits.

It is widely used in core parts such as military aircraft/civilian aircraft avionics system connectors, satellite navigation connectors, aircraft engine sensor plugs, and airborne radar multi-pin connectors.
