Special grease for relay core

SEIVIO Swilub X186 special grease for relay cores is made from fully synthetic base oil and added with polymers, antioxidants, anti-corrosion and other additives. It is a special synthetic grease specially used for contact with the reciprocating sliding parts of the moving iron core, magnetic sleeve, guide rod and push rod inside the relay to ensure extremely low contact resistance.

• Anti-friction and anti-wear, the iron core reciprocates at high frequency to attract and release, reducing metal/plastic sliding friction;
• Buffers iron core impact to reduce click noise and vibration when the relay is closed and disconnected;
• Anti-fretting corrosion protects the metal surface of the iron core and guide sleeve, and inhibits corrosion caused by small vibrations;
• Low diffusion, low volatility, almost no oil leakage or creeping at high temperatures, to avoid contaminating contacts;
• The material is compatible and friendly to the plastic and rubber parts inside the relay.

It is specially used for lubrication between the guide mechanism, magnetic sleeve and push rod of the moving iron core of the relay. It can also cover the sliding parts, rotary shafts, reciprocating linear motion parts and other positions of the precision parts inside the relay. It can make the moving iron core move up and down more smoothly, reduce the overall failure rate of the relay by more than 30%, and greatly extend the service life of the equipment.
