Gas-Insulated Switchgear Sealing Grease

SEIVIO Swilub M227 power gas-insulated switchgear sealing grease is a special insulating sealing grease specially developed for O-rings and flange sealing surfaces of medium-voltage gas-insulated switchgear (SF6 gas insulated ring main cabinets). It uses a modified silicone oil-based paste-like non-curing grease and is a maintenance-free power-specific grease.

• High insulation, low volatility, cannot pollute SF6 gas;
• Compatible with EPDM rubber, epoxy resin, and metal, non-corrosive, non-swelling rubber;
• Fill the gaps on the joint surface of the gas-insulated switchgear to prevent the insulation gas in the cabinet from leaking and ensure the stability of the air pressure in the cabinet;
• Water-resistant sealing, solvent-resistant corrosion, no corrosion to metal parts;
• Adaptable to complex operating environments such as humid and dusty environments.
