SF6 fuse barrel special sealing grease

SEIVIOSwilub G883 SF6 fuse barrel special sealing grease is made of PFPE base oil, thickened with PTFE, and refined by adding various mixtures. Special insulating sealing grease specially used for plugging cover and plug sealing surface of SF6 inflatable ring main unit/gas-insulated switchgear fuse barrel (fuse barrel).

• It has a long service life and does not dry out. It will not dry out or powder during long-term operation, ensuring that the seal remains effective;
• It has good compatibility with silicone rubber sealing rings and epoxy resin barrels and will not cause silicone rubber to swell;
• High electrical insulation, with good dielectric strength, anti-electrical pollution, and does not affect high-voltage insulation performance;
• Resistant to SF6 and its decomposition products, resistant to corrosive substances produced by SF6 gas and arc decomposition;
• It can be used in a wide temperature range, keeping the paste stable under high and low temperatures and not easy to lose or evaporate.

This product is used for the end plug of the fuse barrel, the sealing surface of the cover, the assembly groove of the O-ring of the fuse barrel, the outer ring contact surface, the plug-in and pull-out sliding friction pair of the fuse chuck, and the sliding interface between the epoxy barrel and the rubber seal.
