Special grease for high voltage DC relays

SEIVIO Swilub Z149 high-voltage DC relay special grease is refined from fully synthetic base oil and added with polymers, antioxidants, anti-corrosion and other additives. It is a special grease specially used for silver/alloy contacts of high-voltage DC relays (contactors). It is mostly used in high-voltage DC contactors of new energy vehicles, energy storage, and charging piles.

• Assists arc extinguishing when breaking large DC current, reducing arc erosion of silver contacts;
• An extremely thin protective film is formed on the surface of the contact to isolate oxygen and water vapor and prevent oxidation and fretting corrosion;
• It has strong metal affinity and strong adhesion to copper-tungsten alloy;
• After arc high-temperature decomposition, avoid carbon powder accumulation causing leakage and insulation failure;
• Ability to minimize contact resistance when used under varying current and mechanical loads;
• Reduce oxidation corrosion of contacts; extend the service life and cycle of relays.
