Special grease for conductive slip rings

SEIVIO Sliplub B250 special grease for conductive slip rings is a synthetic oil with excellent low temperature resistance thickened by a special soap thickener, and is refined through a special process with various additives such as antioxidant and anti-corrosion. It is specially developed for the brush/ring contact surface of the slip ring (collector ring) and has dual functions of conductivity and lubrication. It is applied to the contact surface between the rotating ring body and the stationary brush (gold brush, silver brush, carbon brush), which not only reduces rotational wear, but also ensures stable and continuous transmission of current and signals.

• Contains special antioxidants that can effectively prevent copper oxidation and protect precious metal contacts;
• Isolates water vapor, dust, and salt spray, and protects copper, gold-plated, and silver-plated rings from oxidation and blackening;
• Filling the micro-concave and convex gaps, the brush will not wear out after tens of millions of rotations, eliminating fretting oxidation rust spots;
• Suppress arc extinguishing, eliminate on-off micro-arcs, and prevent gold and silver contacts from being ablated;
• The contact resistance of the contact surface is stable at the mΩ level to avoid resistance drift, signal jumps, and data distortion.
