Grease for external contact joint of solid-sealed circuit breaker

SEIVIOSwilub H188 fixed circuit breaker external contact grease is based on fully synthetic base oil and thickened with special soap base. It is a special grease specially used for electrical contacts of the external dynamic and static contacts and plug-in external contact joints of medium and high voltage sealed pole vacuum circuit breakers.

• Reduce plug-in and pull-out friction, reduce plug-in and pull-out wear of silver-plated contacts, and reduce operating torque;
• A protective film is formed on the contact surface to isolate air, water vapor and salt spray;
• Suppress micro-arcs, reduce sparks, and slow down micro-arc ablation of the silver coating during the opening and closing process;
• It can keep the contact resistance stable for a long time, improve the breakdown voltage without increasing the contact loop resistance.

It is specially used for the external contacts below 60kV of medium and high voltage electrical switches, sealed circuit breakers, and SF6 gas switches. It provides long-term protection for electrical contacts made of silver and copper on the surface, effectively blocking the arc generated when the contacts are opened and closed, and reducing the risk of spark ablation.
