Conductive grease

SEIVIO Electlub Z112 conductive grease is made from a fully synthetic base oil thickened with a complex thickener, and added with antioxidant, anti-corrosion and carbon black conductive ions. The dispersed conductive particles overlap each other under pressure to form a continuous network conductive path, allowing current to pass stably; at the same time, the grease matrix forms an oil film on the friction surface, isolating direct metal contact, and taking into account the lubrication and anti-wear effect.

• Fill the gaps and conductive particles build conductive paths to increase the effective contact area;
• An oil film is formed on the surface of the friction pair to reduce metal friction and wear and at the same time reduce noise;
• Improve electrical connections between irregular, pitted or corroded surfaces;
• It reduces contact resistance, repels moisture, inhibits corrosion and prevents the build-up of static electricity.

Suitable for metal conductor splices such as copper/aluminum, ideal for use on ground connections, battery terminals, busbars, single pole jacks, slip connectors, HVAC connections, speaker binding posts and fluorescent light pins.
