High voltage switch grease

SEIVIO Swilub B253 high-voltage switch grease is based on fully synthetic base oil and thickened with special soap base. It is a special grease specially used for dynamic/static contacts and contact fingers of high-voltage electrical equipment such as high-voltage circuit breakers, isolating switches, and gas-insulated switchgear.

• When the switch is opening and closing, it reduces the sliding wear of the silver/copper plating and protects the contacts;
• Stabilize contact resistance, prevent oxidation of copper and silver contacts, and avoid increase in contact resistance;
• Assists in suppressing arcs, reducing opening and closing sparks, reducing carbon deposits, and reducing arc damage to contacts;
• It can keep the contact resistance stable for a long time, improve the breakdown voltage without increasing the contact loop resistance.

Specially used for sliding conductive contact surfaces such as movable contacts, contact fingers, and plum blossom contacts of vacuum circuit breakers, SF₆ circuit breakers, isolating switches, grounding switches, and high-voltage load switches.
