SEIVIOCuszlub F336 Assembly GreaseIt is made of high-performance fully synthetic base oil, added with various additives such as antioxidants and anti-rust agents, and thickened with a special soap base. It is a special lubrication specially designed for the assembly process of mechanical parts.grease, reduce the friction resistance of the mating surface during the parts assembly stage, and at the same time provide long-term lubrication protection for subsequent machine operation.

• Low assembly resistance‌, greatly reducing the friction coefficient in assembly scenarios such as interference fit and threaded connection;
• Avoid parts being strained and stuck during the assembly process, and improve assembly accuracy and efficiency;
• Wide temperature range adaptation, taking into account low-temperature assembly and subsequent operating conditions;
• No adverse reactions with most plastic (POM, PA, PE), metal, and rubber seals;
• It has excellent anti-rust and anti-oxidation properties, and can form a stable oil film on the surface of components after assembly.

Suitable for assembly of bolts, threads, and flange connections (anti-seizing), press fitting/interference fit of bearings, bushings, splines, and shafts, assembly and running-in of new machines for gears, cams, and slide rails, and assembly of molds, heavy machinery, valves, and screw rods.
