biodegradable grease

Description:

Using vegetable oil as the base oil not only has excellent performance, but is also easily biodegradable. This grease has good compatibility with other multi-purpose greases and has excellent water resistance. We use biodegradable greases because their oxidative stability is much better than pure vegetable oils. In most cases, performance levels are comparable to mineral oil-based formulations. In very specific cases, synthetic esters are used in aerospace developments to provide performance levels superior to conventional greases.

Benefits:
  • Can be used as an ideal replacement for traditional mineral oil-based greases;
  • Suitable for marine, sewage treatment, inland waterways, farms and construction areas;
  • Using vegetable oil as the base oil is not only easy to biodegrade, but also has low toxicity or even non-toxicity;
  • Impact-resistant and UV-resistant, using biodegradable technology, no need to clean the machine;
  • And using agricultural renewable resources to produce base oils can bring greater environmental value.
