Wireline Logging Cable-Head Sealing Silicone Grease

It is refined by thickening high-viscosity silicone oil with high-purity inorganic thickener and adding antioxidant and anti-corrosion additives. Designed for sealing and lubrication of logging instruments and pressure systems operating in high temperature and harsh environments, it can withstand a wide range of temperatures and high pressures, and can resist a variety of organic and inorganic chemicals.

• Excellent high and low temperature resistance and sealing properties, and the consistency changes little with temperature;
• Excellent thermal stability and oxidation stability, high dropping point and extremely low volatility;
• Excellent adhesion and insulation, good compatibility with most plastics and elastomers;
• Does not corrode metal, is resistant to pressure, cold/hot water, mineral oil and most organic solvents.

Several domestic wireline logging companies use this product as a protective sealing grease in the cable heads of deep-well logging tools. It withstands temperatures of 250°C and pressures of 1,400 atmospheres, with logging depths up to 7,000 meters.
