Seawater resistant special grease

It is a water-resistant and anti-corrosion lubricating grease that is refined through a special process using a specially made complex thickened synthetic oil, added with anti-wear, anti-oxidation, anti-corrosion and other additives. This calcium sulfonate water-resistant grease is denser than water, has superior rust-proof and load-bearing capabilities, and has excellent salt spray test results. It is designed to lubricate and prevent rust of rolling bearings and transmission gears under harsh conditions such as water washing, seawater erosion, high temperature or high load.

• Premium base oil has moderate viscosity, which can provide a thick oil film and good adhesion;
• Excellent water resistance and water washing resistance, strong surface adhesion and high dropping point;
• Excellent extreme pressure resistance and anti-wear performance, strong load-bearing capacity, and can prevent fretting wear;
• Excellent thermal stability and mechanical stability, good high-temperature oxidation resistance, and low oil separation;
• Excellent anti-rust and anti-corrosion properties, can withstand high temperature, humidity and water vapor conditions.

Suitable for bearings exposed to water, seawater erosion or high temperature and humidity environments, used in terminal equipment, ship external equipment, and equipment in working conditions with moisture or acid or alkali contact.
