Rubber O-ring assembly grease

SEIVIORublue H615 rubber O-ring assembly grease is newly developed and refined using non-diffusion oil as base oil and adding several special thickeners. Designed for lubrication of rubber O-rings sensitive to most greases such as EPDM, styrene butadiene rubber (SBR), natural rubber (NR), nitrile rubber (NBR), and sliding contact shaft assembly between metals.

• Extremely wide operating temperature, excellent high temperature stability and oxidation stability;
• It has extremely low volatility, does not spread under high temperatures, does not contaminate products, and has high trust;
• The base oil has low viscosity and high content, which can provide extremely low friction coefficient;
• It can withstand strong acid and alkali and can still maintain an intact lubricating film even when contaminated;
• It has good compatibility with rubber contact and will not cause the O-ring to shrink or expand.

It can be used as a multi-purpose grease between rubber and rubber, metal and rubber, and is especially suitable for long-life lubrication of rubber O-rings such as nitrile rubber (NBR) that are sensitive to most greases, sliding contact shaft assembly between metals, O-ring and cylinder friction pairs, O-ring and valve sleeve friction pairs, cylinder piston seals and cylinder barrel friction pairs.
