Robot harmonic reducer grease

SEIVIO Roelub V270 robot harmonic reducer grease is refined from high-performance synthetic base oil, thickened with complex soap, and added with special anti-corrosion additives. It is a synthetic lubricating material specially customized for harmonic reducers (harmonic gears).

• Under the high-frequency elastic deformation and shearing of the flexspline dozens of times per second, the consistency change rate is ≤10%;
• Maintain the oil film under the alternating load of flexspline and rigid spline meshing to prevent tooth surface pitting corrosion;
• Low friction and low starting torque reduce joint resistance and heat generation;
• Low noise, compatible with seals, and does not corrode the metal and sealing rings of the flex spline.
