Robot oil seal spring grease

SEIVIO Roelub L424 robot oil seal spring grease is refined from high-performance synthetic base oil, thickened with complex soap, and added with special anti-corrosion additives. It is a special synthetic grease customized for industrial robot harmonic/RV reducers, joint lip oil seals and internal tension springs. The core realizes the two-in-one function of lubrication + sealing, solves industry pain points such as friction and wear between the oil seal lip and the shaft and spring, seal failure, oil leakage, etc., and ensures the long-term stable operation of precision transmission of robots.

• Fully compatible with all mainstream oil seal materials such as NBR nitrile, FKM fluororubber, EPDM;
• Under the action of the centrifugal force of high-speed rotation of the joint, no grease is thrown away or oil is separated, preventing grease from escaping into the motor;
• Reduce the running resistance of the lip and spring and resist fretting corrosion caused by high-frequency reciprocating micro-vibration;
• Block the intrusion of dust and water vapor, and there will be no obvious volatilization or oil mist during thousands of hours of operation;
• A stable oil film is formed on the lip to fill the tiny gaps and prevent the internal gear oil from leaking outward.

It is suitable for the skeleton oil seal assembly of RV reducers and harmonic reducers in the joints of six-axis industrial robots, humanoid robots, and collaborative robots. The oil seal is pre-coated on the oil seal lip and spring ring when it leaves the factory or when the whole machine is assembled.
