Robot joint reduction box grease

SEIVIO Roelub G259 robot joint reduction gearbox grease is refined from high-performance synthetic base oil, thickened with complex soap, and added with special anti-corrosion additives. A special grease specially used in robot integrated joint modules (reducer + motor + encoder integrated joint). It is a long-life, high-load precision grease. Its core function is to lubricate, reduce friction, dissipate heat, and seal the harmonic reducer/RV reducer, bearings, and gears inside the joint.

• Easy to start at low temperature, perfect starting torque, the grease will not become thinner under high temperature operation;
• Micron-sized super-smooth fluorocarbon colloidal particles form an oil film on the gear surface;
• Excellent adhesion and high-speed resistance, the tough oil film will not be thrown off during gear operation;
• Good compatibility with most plastics and rubbers; also has good metal affinity;
