Robot RV Reducer Grease

SEIVIO Roelub X002 robot RV reducer grease is refined from high-performance synthetic base oil, thickened with complex soap, and added with special anti-corrosion additives. It is a special high-performance grease customized for the robot RV cycloidal pinwheel reducer. It solves the core pain points of its internal cycloid wheel, pin teeth, needle roller bearings and other precision structures under low speed and high torque, high frequency start and stop, and frequent forward and reverse rotation conditions such as heavy load wear, excessive temperature rise, and precision drift. It is a key material to ensure micron-level positioning accuracy and long-term lubrication of robot joints.

• After enduring tens of thousands of reciprocating shear joints for a long period of time, the consistency change rate is controlled within 5%;
• It can withstand the extremely high contact stress of the cycloidal pinwheel, and the oil film will not break under heavy load impact, preventing tooth surface wear;
