PFPE High-Temperature Grease

SEIVIO Perflub 1402 PFPE High-Temperature Grease is formulated with perfluoropolyether oil having a three-dimensional molecular structure and extremely low evaporation loss at high temperatures. It is thickened with PTFE and contains specialty anticorrosion additives.

• Minimal consistency variation with temperature, very low volatility and long service life.
• Excellent resistance to wear, scuffing, combustion, radiation and corrosion.
• Low friction and high load-carrying capacity, with good compatibility with most rubbers and plastics.
• Good electrical insulation and resistance to water, oil, vacuum, most organic solvents and strong acids and alkalis.

Suitable for film-stretching and tenter-frame bearings, heat-setting conveyor bearings, paint-curing oven chain bearings, PTA centrifuge differential bearings and corrugator bearings. It provides lifetime lubrication for injection-mold ejector pins and components in precision machinery, optical instruments, office equipment and cleanroom equipment. It also lubricates and seals bearings, pumps, valves and sealing rings in semiconductor equipment, chemical-process machinery and high-vacuum equipment, including pumps and valves exposed to corrosive gases and liquids such as halogens and liquid oxygen.
