Roller guide grease

SEIVIO Lswdlub V578 roller guide grease is made of fully synthetic low-viscosity base oil, thickened with special polymer, and added with various functional additives such as extreme pressure anti-wear, anti-oxidation, anti-corrosion and so on. It is a special precision grease customized for roller linear guide systems. It is designed for the rolling + fretting compound friction conditions between the roller and the guide rail surface. It can effectively reduce wear, inhibit crawling, and extend the service life of the guide rail.

• Separate the metal rolling contact surface to reduce friction and avoid direct metal contact, sintering, and wear;
• Withstand reciprocating impacts, heavy loads, and resist fretting wear (wear caused by repeated starts and stops in short strokes);
• Can reduce friction and vibration and provide precise motion control;
• Attached to the track and rolling elements, it is not easy to be thrown off and lost; at the same time, it helps prevent dust and block debris;
• It has good shear stability and is not prone to thinning and loss under reciprocating rolling and extrusion.
