Special grease for planetary roller screws

SEIVIOLswdlub J126 planetary roller screw special grease is made of high-performance base oil, thickened with a special soap-based thickener, and added with various additives such as antioxidant and anti-corrosion through a special process. It is a high-end special grease customized for planetary roller screws, a high-precision and heavy-load linear transmission component. It is specially designed to solve the lubrication pain points under extreme working conditions such as high contact stress, high-frequency reciprocation, and fretting wear, ensuring long-term accuracy and life of the equipment.

• Withstands extremely high contact stress and forms a stable oil film under high pressure to prevent pitting corrosion of threaded rollers;
• It is not easy to thin, lose or shake off, and can adhere to the thread surface to maintain the oil film during frequent reversals;
• The cold start torque is small and the temperature rise is low, ensuring the positioning accuracy and response consistency of the servo actuator;
• Anti-fretting corrosion, the oil film can still be maintained during small reciprocating positioning to protect positioning accuracy;
• The friction resistance is small, which can effectively reduce the noise during screw operation.
