Planetary roller screw grease

SEIVIOLswdlub P124 planetary roller screw grease is made of high-performance base oil, thickened with a special soap-based thickener, and added with various additives such as antioxidant and anti-corrosion through a special process. It is a special precision grease specially matched to the planetary roller screw (PRS) transmission pair. It is used to lubricate the screw roller nut engagement pair to solve the working conditions of heavy load, reciprocating commutation, rolling/sliding compound friction of the mechanism. It is widely used in humanoid robot joints, heavy-duty electric cylinders, aerospace, servo actuators, wire-controlled chassis and other scenarios.

• Withstands extremely high Hertz contact stress and inhibits raceway pitting, spalling, and fretting wear;
• Keep the oil film from breaking during frequent direction changes;
