General purpose linear guide grease

SEIVIOLswdlub M187 general linear guide grease is made of fully synthetic low-viscosity base oil, thickened with special polymer, and added with various functional additives such as extreme pressure anti-wear, anti-oxidation, anti-corrosion and so on. It is a special grease specially used for the friction pairs of rolling linear guides (linear slide rails) (rail raceways, steel balls/rollers inside the slider, return channels).

• Low friction and low torque‌, reduce the running resistance of the screw and reduce the starting load of the motor;
• Eliminate crawling, low-speed reciprocating motion suppresses stick-slip and ensures positioning accuracy;
• Anti-fretting wear, small stroke, micro-vibration working conditions, preventing pits and rust on the raceway;
• Moderate oil separation and continuous oil supply to the steel ball raceway, but no excessive oil separation;
• It can effectively reduce the noise and temperature rise during the operation of the guide rail.
