Trapezoidal screw grease

SEIVIOLswdlub A122 trapezoidal screw grease is made of synthetic oil thickened with a special soap thickener and added with various additives such as antioxidant and anti-corrosion through a special process. It is specially designed to solve the core problems of high friction and high heat generated by the sliding friction of the trapezoidal screw.

• High extreme pressure and anti-wear EP protects threads and prevents them from seizing and sintering;
• Effectively reduce the temperature rise during screw operation and prevent overheating and oxidation problems;
• Suppress crawling and solve the intermittent jitter caused by sliding friction during low-speed movement;
• The base oil has low viscosity, low starting torque at low temperature, and is super sensitive;
• It resists the strong shearing effect caused by the screw rotation, maintains a stable consistency, and is not prone to liquefaction and loss.

Used for low-speed/high-speed, heavy-load electric cylinders, screw lifts SWL/JWM, manual adjustment mechanisms, lifting platforms, valve actuators, experimental bench adjustment screws, medical equipment transmission trapezoidal screws, etc.
