SEIVIO Lovolub B596 Optoelectronic Pod GreaseIt is a linear perfluoropolyether oil with extremely low friction coefficient.Ultra-fine nanoscaleIt is made of thickened PTFE and refined with special anti-corrosion additives. It is specially developed for precision shafts, bearings, gears, and mechanisms of UAV/carrier photoelectric pods (photoelectric stabilization platforms). It is a precision optical lubricating material with low volatility and low precipitation.

• No oil vapor will evaporate, no oil will leak and spread, preventing oil mist from contaminating infrared detectors and optical lenses;
• The starting resistance is small and the torque is stable, ensuring the stable tracking accuracy of the photoelectric platform;
• The temperature difference in the airborne environment is huge, the low temperature environment does not freeze, and it is suitable for high altitude and outdoor environments;
• It is not easy to separate oil under long-term rotation and shearing, has strong adhesion and is not easily shaken off by centrifugal force;
• Does not corrode plastics; inhibit mold in humid environments and protect precision metal parts.

It is mainly used for the azimuth/tilt frame bearings, rotary shafts, precision gears, screw rods, cams, O-ring seals, sliding friction pairs, and encoder support parts of the photoelectric pod; it is also used in precision optoelectronic equipment such as lidar, optical pan/tilt, and infrared turntable.
