Hitalub R643
Graphite high temperature grease
Description:
SEIVIOHitalub R643 Graphite high temperature grease A carbon-free, fully synthetic grease consisting of a blend of base oils, ultra-fine graphite particles, and a non-soap and non-abrasive thickening system.
Benefits:
- Excellent high temperature resistance and anti-oxidation stability, extremely long high temperature service life;
- It can maintain good shear resistance, stability and durability under extremely high pressure and high temperature environments;
- Excellent extreme pressure anti-wear performance and adhesion, low friction coefficient and strong load-bearing capacity;
- Excellent mechanical stability and chemical stability, resistance to water vapor and weak acid and alkali corrosion;
- Can provide anti-rust and anti-corrosion protection in harsh environments.

Applications:
Lubrication of high-temperature and heavy-load friction parts, roller bearings (such as the support frames and bearings of drying furnaces, incinerators, and quenching furnaces), lubrication of metal bogies in kiln tunnels, suitable for lubrication of equipment in environments that are exposed to acid, alkali, and moisture; used to lubricate plane bearings, roller bearings, and ball bearings that work at high temperatures, including high-temperature bearing lubrication of kiln axles, drying channels, steel plants, grinding plants, power plants, and brick and tile plants. For plane bearings, roller bearings and ball bearings that work at high temperatures, when the temperature rises, the base oil evaporates without leaving any carbon, leaving only a dry lubricating film of graphite. The dry lubricating oil film naturally adheres to the metal components, providing unique and excellent long-lasting lubrication effects under many harsh conditions.
