Semi-fluid gear grease

SEIVIO Gealub M500 semi-fluid gear grease is manufactured through a special process using high-performance fully synthetic base oil, as well as antioxidant, anti-rust and other additives. It has certain fluidity at normal temperature and can flow along the gears and infiltrate the meshing tooth surfaces; when stationary, it will not flow back to the oil pan as easily as engine oil, making it less likely to leak.

• The requirements for equipment sealing are much lower than those for gear oil, solving the root cause of oil leakage in aging gearboxes;
• It is semi-solid to prevent loss when at rest, and automatically softens and flows after the gear is subjected to shear force during operation;
• After continuous operation and heating, it will not become thin, runny, oxidized and dry, and will not harden at low temperatures;
• It is soft and has good permeability, and can be lubricated by soaking and splashing after the gear rotates;
• Noise reduction and silencing, improving gear meshing vibration and reducing gearbox operating noise;
• It has good cooling performance and fast heat dissipation, which makes up for the poor cooling effect of traditional grease.

Suitable for reducers, worm gear reducers/sealed gearboxes of engineering machinery, mining equipment, mixing equipment, and conveying equipment/reducers that are inconvenient to replenish oil frequently and prone to oil leakage. Small precision gear transmissions, such as planetary gears for power tools, bone drills for medical equipment, and small module gears for electric tailgates, take into account low noise, low volatility, and plastic compatibility.
