Gear rack grease

SEIVIOGealub M082 gear and rack grease is manufactured through a special process using high-performance fully synthetic base oil, as well as antioxidant, anti-rust and other additives. The core solution is to solve the pain points of high contact stress, reciprocating sliding friction, and vulnerability to contaminant erosion in open/semi-open transmissions, and to avoid abrasive wear, fatigue pitting, and even gluing failure on the tooth surface. It is the key lubricating medium to maintain transmission accuracy and extend equipment life.

• Reduce wear, form an oil film on the tooth surface, and avoid direct metal bite, strain, and pitting corrosion;
• High-speed friction heats up, has strong oxidation resistance, and is not prone to carbon deposition, coking, and hardening;
• Forms a tough lubricating film under high Hertz contact stress to avoid direct metal contact;
• It has filamentous tensile properties and can still be firmly attached to the tooth surface under reciprocating motion and vibration;
