Right angle milling head spiral bevel gear grease

SEIVIOGealub M208 right-angle milling head spiral bevel gear grease is made of fully synthetic base oil, added with unique polymers, anti-oxidation, anti-rust and other additives, and is manufactured through a special process. It adopts a special solid composition and suitable consistency to achieve low noise of trapezoidal threads and small module backlash-free gear transmission. It is a grease specially formulated for spiral bevel gears (bevel gears) inside right-angle milling heads (angle heads) of machining centers.

• Low noise shock absorption: The oil film buffers the meshing impact, reduces the operating noise of the milling head, and ensures processing accuracy;
• Micron-sized super-smooth fluorocarbon colloidal particles form an oil film on the gear surface;
• Withstand high impact and high torque, prevent tooth surface gluing and pitting corrosion, and extend the life of gears and milling heads;
• Good thermal stability: not easy to lose at high temperatures, not carbonize, and not easy to separate oil;
• High adhesion and resistance to centrifugal force, firmly attached to the bevel gear tooth surface during high-speed rotation;
