Power Tool High Speed Gear Grease

SEIVIO Gealub D007 high-speed gear grease for power tools is manufactured through a special process using high-performance fully synthetic base oil, as well as antioxidant, anti-rust and other additives. It is a special grease specially designed for high-speed gearboxes (planetary gears, helical gears) of power tools such as angle grinders, electric drills, electric hammers, lithium-ion wrenches, and circular saws.

• The long fiber structure formula allows grease to firmly adhere to the tooth surface and is not easily thrown out by centrifugal force at high speeds;
• Can withstand strong impact loads caused by frequent starts and stops of power tools, with high PB value;
• After continuous operation and heating, it will not become thin, runny, oxidized and dry; it will not harden at low temperatures;
• It can effectively avoid dry friction between tooth surfaces and extend the service life of gears;
• Noise reduction and silencing, improving gear meshing vibration and reducing gearbox operating noise;
• It has good cooling performance and fast heat dissipation, which makes up for the poor cooling effect of traditional grease.

It is suitable for small closed planetary gear reduction boxes such as angle grinders, lithium brushless electric drills, impact drivers, electric hammers, cutting machines, jigsaws, garden power tools, etc. The common speed range is 10000~40000rpm.
