Machine tool turret spiral bevel gear grease

SEIVIO Gealub D210 machine tool turret spiral bevel gear grease is manufactured through a special process using high-performance semi-synthetic base oil, as well as antioxidant, anti-rust and other additives. It is a special extreme pressure grease designed for use on the spiral bevel gears (bevel gears) inside the power turret of CNC lathes/turning centers.

• High adhesion and anti-centrifugal throw-out: the centrifugal force of spiral operation is large, and the grease is not easily thrown away from the tooth surface;
• It will become thinner as the shear speed of the gear increases, and thicken as the shear speed decreases;
• It has strong adsorption force, can form a relatively strong oil film, and can withstand high working loads;
• A chemical oil film is generated under high pressure to prevent tooth surface gluing, pitting, and peeling;
• Unsuitable consistency to achieve low noise for trapezoidal threads and small module backlash-free gear transmissions;
• It is stable against shearing and is not prone to thinning and loss during long-term reciprocating slippage, achieving long-term maintenance-free lubrication.
