CNC Multi-Spindle Drilling Gearbox Grease

SEIVIO Gealub D312 CNC drilling package gear box grease is manufactured through a special process using high-performance fully synthetic base oil, as well as anti-oxidation, anti-rust and other additives. It is a special grease specially used for the internal gear box of woodworking CNC numerical control row drills and six-sided drills and multi-axis drill packages.

• Firmly adheres to the gear tooth surface at high speed and is not easily thrown away by centrifugal force to prevent gear dry grinding;
• Anti-wear, withstand gear meshing impact, reduce pitting corrosion and wear, and extend the life of the drill package;
• Low heat generation and noise reduction, extremely low internal friction coefficient, which can effectively control the temperature rise of the gearbox;
• The base oil has low viscosity and small friction resistance, which prevents the grease from softening at high temperatures;
• It has good thixotropic properties to prevent premature loss of grease under high temperature and high pressure.
