High-speed gear noise reduction grease

SEIVIOGealub B141 high-speed gear noise reduction grease is manufactured through a special process using high-performance fully synthetic base oil, as well as antioxidant, anti-rust and other additives. It is a special grease customized for high-speed gear operating conditions above 10,000 rpm. The core uses a low-friction elastic oil film to isolate tooth surface contact, buffer meshing impact, and suppress transmission whine and vibration noise from the source. It also takes into account the comprehensive performance of anti-spinoff at high speed, low volatility, and long life.

• Control the friction coefficient within 0.07 to achieve a balance between low friction and high load-bearing;
• Through the nanoscale ion treatment process, it penetrates into the microscopic gaps on the tooth surface to form a long-lasting protective film;
• It is not easily thrown away and lost at high speeds, and can continuously maintain the oil film and be silent for a long time;
• While reducing noise, it will not bring excessive resistance and will not significantly increase motor current and power consumption;
• The static state is stable, the fluidity is improved after operation and the force is applied, and it can penetrate small tooth gaps and bearing gaps.

Suitable for noise reduction and lubrication of POM, steel (1000~12000) rpm closed and semi-open gearboxes, small household appliances, vacuum cleaners, power tools, robot servos, drones, office equipment, precision planetary reduction motors, worm gears, and small module high-speed gears.
