High-speed planetary gear noise reduction grease

SEIVIOGealub M182 high-speed planetary gear noise reduction grease is manufactured through a special process using high-performance fully synthetic base oil, as well as antioxidant, anti-rust and other additives. It is specially customized for planetary gear transmission systems under high-speed working conditions. It mainly solves the pain points of high-speed centrifugal oil throwing, easy rupture of oil films under alternating impact loads, and high-temperature oxidation failure, ensuring long-term stable operation of gears.

• Resistance to high-speed throw-off, extremely strong adhesion, the oil film will not break when the gear meshes at high speed;
• High-speed friction heats up, has strong oxidation resistance, and is not prone to carbon deposition, coking, and hardening;
• Withstand extremely high alternating impact loads and effectively inhibit pitting corrosion and scratches;
