Precision planetary reducer grease

SEIVIO Gealub P238 precision planetary reducer grease is manufactured through a special process using high-performance fully synthetic base oil, as well as antioxidant, anti-rust and other additives. It is a special high-performance grease customized for the multi-tooth compound meshing, high centrifugal force, and high contact stress working conditions of planetary reducers. The core solution is to solve the pain points of ordinary grease being easily thrown off by centrifugation, the oil film being easily broken under heavy load, and the long-term operation accuracy decaying quickly, ensuring precision.

• Under the strong centrifugal force of the planet carrier's high-speed revolution, it can still be stably attached to the tooth surface;
• Under the extremely high contact stress shared by multiple planetary gears at the same time, a fluid + solid dual lubricating film is formed;
• Long-term exposure to gear shear will not cause the base oil to precipitate in large quantities or cause a sudden drop in consistency;
• Compatible with seals and does not corrode the internal sealing ring of the reducer (nitrile, fluorine rubber, etc.);
• The gearbox has low temperature rise and low starting torque at low temperatures, which can significantly reduce operating noise.

It is suitable for planetary reducers in automation equipment, servo precision transmission, new energy equipment, high-speed placement machines, power tools and other fields. It is also compatible with other closed gearboxes and bearing parts lubrication under the same working conditions.
