Plastic gear noise reducing grease

SEIVIO Gealub P248 plastic gear noise reduction grease is refined from fully synthetic base oil, compound thickening, and adding special anti-corrosion additives. A special grease developed for plastic (plastic) gears, focusing on noise reduction and shock absorption.

• Separate the tooth surfaces to avoid direct hard contact between plastic and plastic/metal and eliminate dry friction squealing;
• Excellent high and low temperature performance, small low temperature torque, extremely low volatility and diffusivity;
• Excellent wear resistance, strong load-bearing capacity, and good compatibility with most plastics and rubbers;
• Special surface modification allows the oil film to firmly adhere to the tooth surface and provides excellent shear stability.

It is used for the lubrication and noise reduction of plastic gears, reduction micromotors, and micro reducers with different speeds. It is widely used in plastic gear transmission systems with high silent requirements such as sweeping robots, smart home motors, car electric seats/rearview mirror adjustment mechanisms, office equipment, electric toys, precision medical equipment, etc.
