Worm gear grease

SEIVIOGealub T007 special grease for worm gears is manufactured through a special process using high-performance fully synthetic base oil, as well as anti-oxidation, anti-rust and other additives. It is a special high-performance grease customized for worm gear transmission systems. It mainly solves the pain points of wear, temperature rise, abnormal noise and other pain points under the "sliding + rolling" compound friction conditions unique to this type of transmission, ensuring transmission efficiency and long-term component life.

• It can still maintain a complete oil film under high contact stress and avoid tooth surface pitting, gluing and micro-welding;
• The strong viscosity can overcome high-speed centrifugal force, prevent it from being thrown out of the meshing area, and maintain the lubrication state for a long time;
• Copper has good compatibility, does not contain active sulfur additives that can corrode bronze, and protects the worm gear;
• High temperature resistance, not easy to drain: the worm drive generates great heat and is not easy to thin out under high temperature;
• Good mechanical stability, continuous shearing will not cause rapid softening and loss;
• Low friction coefficient: Reduce sliding friction, improve reducer efficiency and reduce temperature rise.
