Powder metallurgy gear grease

SEIVIO Gealub N270 powder metallurgy gear grease is manufactured through a special process using high-performance synthetic base oil, as well as antioxidant, anti-rust and other additives. It is a special grease specially developed for powder metallurgy (sintered porous) gears. The core is to adapt to the characteristics of powder metallurgy gears that are full of micropores and have their own oil storage capacity.

• Balanced oil absorption and discharge, the base oil will not be quickly absorbed by the porous gears, and slowly penetrates into the pores to store oil;
• Add extreme pressure additives to withstand the impact load of planetary gears and reduce tooth surface micropitting and wear;
• With filamentous stretching, it will not crawl and accumulate along the tooth root under medium and high load conditions, and will not throw away at high speeds;
• No corrosion to copper and alloys, friendly to plastic and rubber seals, and will not cause swelling failure;
• Very good anti-wear lubrication, which can significantly reduce the vibration and noise of the reduction gear;
• The motor runs smoothly and has small power loss, effectively controlling the internal temperature rise and current value.

Suitable for lubrication of powder metallurgy planetary high-speed gears of metal and metal/plastic (10000~20000 rpm).
